Delivery & Shipping - NZ
Glo2sleep aims for satisfaction with our delivery service.
We aim for a compromise between good value delivery and fast delivery times - quite a challenge in today's high petrol price environment!
We use Fastway for all our New Zealand deliveries.
Our standard NZ nationwide delivery charge is from $5 for small items. Bigger items that do not fit in a courier bag are subject to additional shipping charges at the price we are charged by Courier Post. normally round $7.50 depending on size and weight.
You can calculate your shipping charge by putting the required items into your shopping cart, and choose your delivery area. This will calculate your freight based on the number of items and their weight.
Our delivery areas are:
- Auckland
- Waikato - Whangarei, Coromandel and Waikato
- Rest of North Island - North of Whangarei and South of Cambridge
- South Island
Items in stock are usually despatched the same day they are ordered, provided orders are received by 2pm.
Please note rural delivery takes 2-3 days from shipping, dependant on your local Rural Delivery driver.
Please note we use a non-signature required service, which means the courier driver will leave your package in a safe place if you are not home to receive your item. Please make a note with your order if you have specific delivery instructions for the driver or you need to sign for your package due to security concerns in your location.
If your order is out of stock, we will notify you as quickly as possible and advise the expected delivery time. You are most welcome to choose an alternative product or cancel your order if you wish to do so.
The majority of orders are received within 3 days. Please let us know if you require your purchase urgently and we will work with you try to ensure this happens.
Delivery & Shipping - International Orders
Glo2sleep welcomes purchases from outside New Zealand, and we have many satisfied customers.
We pride ourself on exceptional service and wonderful products, and we look forward to being of service to you, where-ever in the world you are located.
Sales Tax & Customs Duty:
International orders receive a 12.5% discount from our listed prices, as you are not charged the NZ Goods and Services Tax that is shown included in our prices.
Once you choose your shipping country, the correct prices will displayed.
Please note: You may be charged sales tax and/or customs duty when your package arrives in your country. This is your responsibility and is not included in our prices. Local sales tax is likely to be charged on the total value of your order including shipping costs.
Shipping to Australia
You can calculate our standard shipping charge by putting the required items into your shopping cart, and choose your country. This will calculate your freight based on the number of items and their weight.
If your order is under $100 (excluding shipping), your order will be sent with NZ Post. Delivery is 4-10 days.
If your order is over $100, we will ship it with NZ Post's international courier service. Delivery is 2-6 working days.

If your shipping is significantly cheaper than our website calculated, we will refund you the difference.
Orders to the USA, UK, Canada, Ireland, China, Hong Kong, South Korea, Singapore and Taiwan are shipped with NZ Post's international courier service. Delivery is 2-6 working days.
Orders to all other countries are shipped with NZ Post. Delivery time depends on your destination.
